- Only black ink can be printed
- Minimum of 6 Place Cards are to be ordered.

HOW TO ORDER:
1. Once payment has been made, please send me a message with the guest list, with your names and wedding date

2. Your order will be printed, cut and scored and sent out to you within 3 business days of payment. Shipping will take 3-5 business days from dispatch date (Australia Residents)
DELIVERY
Domestic
- PROCESSING TIMES: 1-3 business days
- DELIVERY: 3-8 business days (excludes weekends)
- All orders are tracked, express postage is available for upgrade at the checkout
- Monday through Friday are business days, but public holidays and weekends are not. Business day count start from next business day (an order placed on Friday will be observed on the following Monday).
- All PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses are sent via Australia Post.
International
- PROCESSING TIMES: 1-3 business days
- DELIVERY: 2-4 weeks
- We currently ship to selected countries via AusPost.
- Please email us at hello@paperavenueshop.com to request a quote for your country if it is not available at checkout.
- All customs/import fees will paid by the customer
RETURNS
To request a return, please email hello@paperavenueshop.com
- No returns for personalised products.
- Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for any returns.
- There is no re-delivery fee for exchanged items delivered within Australia.
- The purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any items purchased on sale is final sale and cannot be returned. No exceptions.
Please ensure the below is followed for your return to be processed:
- Item is returned within 7 days of purchase date.
- The returned item is unused and undamaged with original packaging.
- Returned item is not a customised and/or personalised and/or made-to-order item.
